Hari Mirchi Katili / Green Chilli Pickle is made from mature seasonal Rajasthani green chillies. Once handpicked the chillies are sliced, dehydrated partially in sunlight then blended with spices, mustard oil and a hint of vinegar. Sunlight is a key ingredient.
Natural preservation enhances the flavors and the longevity of the pickles.
