Heengda – A spicy tangy mango preserve made with handpicked seasonal mangoes, asafoetida, red chilli powder and salt. It is a 100% oil free preparation. Each mango is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, peeled and chopped in wedges.The pieces are sundried for a whole day then preserved in red chili powder, asafetida and salt. The preserve is matured in glass jars to perfection for several days. Natural preservation enhances the flavors and the longevity of the pickles.
